HUBZONE Contingency
Employment is contingent on compliance with HUBZone residence requirements.
The Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) program helps small businesses in urban and rural communities gain preferential access to Federal procurement opportunities.  As such, SoundWay enables programs to hire interns, students, and others into work study programs as a way to give back to communities hit by economic disadvantages, high unemployment, or lack of opportunities.
