Key Role:
  • Project team specialist in support of acquisitions for CBEP technical training programs. Coordinate with CBEP Technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to oversee acquisition of new training-related projects for implementation across CBEP engagements 
  • Coordinate with SMEs to support training requirements development and review, with management, logistics, maintenance, and sustainment personnel
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Contracting Officer Representative responsibilities a plus
  • Support review and ongoing development of CBEP’s progress (metrics) across all engagements
  • Will be expected to coordinate travel for government client and team members
  • Manage team travel schedule and calendar
  • Coordinate training conferences as requested, including planning, acquisitions, telecoms, travel, participants, etc.
  • Coordinate or complete ad hoc tasks, including liaison with technical teams
  • Communicate task status and present to clients/stakeholders
  • Support new or special initiatives as directed
  • Coordinate all components of CBEP Training portfolio, including planning, acquisitions, telecoms, travel, etc.
  • Coordinate and consolidate weekly activity report inputs for training team, including reviewing, editing and consolidating inputs from multiple sources and submitting to client each week
 
Qualifications:
  • Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent and 5-7 years of related experience.
    • Desired skills: Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel); project management, DoD acquisitions processes
    • Experience with chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear materials detection, surveillance, and response systems
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Training background or familiarity with training methodologies
    • Familiarity with visualization/flowchart development
    • Above average Microsoft Excel skills
    • Background in process improvement
    • Familiarity with U.S. Department of Defense Cooperative Threat Reduction programs
    • MA/MS degree

Secret clearance is required.
 
Travel:
Yes, up to 25% of the time.
