Help Desk Support Description: 
Performs a wide variety of tasks, including technical system and user support by responding to calls, emails and personal requests.  Documents, tracks and monitors technical requests to ensure a timely resolution.  Provides windows systems administration, technical assistance, and support for hardware and software.  Performs printer maintenance and support.  Provides conference room support, to include meeting set up and tear down.  Supports IA with systems patching and requirements.  Maintains asset management for IT components. Experience with troubleshooting, activating, configuring and wiping iPhones.
 
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
-Top Secret/Secret Clearance
-8570 Compliance – Security+, Microsoft Server Certification
-3+ years of experience providing IT help desk support
-2+ Years of working knowledge on windows AD
-2+ years of experience supporting MS Office
-2+ years of experience with Active Directory
-2+ years of experience with DHCP
-1+ years of experience in system imaging
