The candidate will support the Help Desk activities and end user support interactions. Help Desk personnel will provide phone and email support, including Level 1 support, for MISO application end users from 7am-6pm ET, excluding Federal holidays. Reported problems and the associated resolution will be recorded accurately within HP Service Center, or another support call tracking system identified by MISO, to provide reliable trend analysis and a robust knowledge base of known solutions. Other Help Desk support as needed. TBS
