  • Required Experience & Qualifications:
    • TS/SCI w/CI Poly - in scope;
    • 2 years computer programming experience that includes coding in Python, Java, Dynamo Database, SQL;
    • Experience coding queries, scripts (Java script or other), and/or algorithms;
    • Experience with or knowledge of:
      • Data Science disciplines, including: data services, modeling, analytics, data discovery, and use-cases;
      • Geospatial Data Management, including: data type conversion, including coordinate systems and coordinate conversions, projections and their properties and conversions;
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook;
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills; reliably able to convey confident, articulate and professional information to seniors, peers, subordinates and external parties.
  • Good-To-Have Experience:
    • ArcGIS products experience, including:  ArcGIS Data Reviewer, ArcServer, ArcCatalog.
    • Other ESRI products experience, including: ESRI Task Assistant Manager(TAM), ESRI Wireless Modem Exchange (WMX), ESRI API, ESRI GDB, ESRI Layout Rules, ESRI Model Builder
    • Database systems architecture and/or development on any of the following: ORACLE, PostgresSQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), Microsoft Access.
    • Other Data Science experience analyzing large datasets and doing any of the following:  clean / prune data to remove irrelevant data; identifying and determining hidden value(s), weakness(es), trends, and opportunities; artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine- to-machine learning; metrics dissemination; converting unstructured data into structured data; data quality control.
    • Other GIS experience or knowledge of any of the following:  creating & editing shapefiles, combining digital cartography, computer technology, GIS, cartographic and geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, photogrammetry, and digital data formats; symbolization rules and how symbols are used to portray features; generalization rules; working with geospatial data in a multi-user enterprise (i.e., versioning data).
    • Experience with or knowledge of cloud architectures, including any of the following: AWS.
    • Experience with or knowledge of Adobe Pro.
