Job Description:

Serves as an intelligence production technician. Responsible for following already developed Standard Operating Procedures to ensure intelligence products are properly filled out, classified, and formatted correctly. Uploads documents to appropriate networks to ensure widest dissemination to key Intelligence Community partners, legislative branch, and key Department of Defense and National Security Council policymakers. Complete ad hoc tasks as required by contract team leadership and government clients. There is a good amount of repetitive work, QC'ing work products; attention to detail, basic understanding of the intelligence arena, and solid grasp of English grammar is required.

(a) Provides development of project Software Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract.
(b) Provides an independent assessment of how the project's software development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process.
(c) May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
(d) Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
(e) Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications.

If hired as Journeyman:
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Must possess bachelors, masters, specialized degree or 3+ years of relevant experience for labor category indicated.

Basic Qualifications:
- 0 to 3 years of Intelligence Community experience.
- Ability to perform at a high level in fast-paced environments.
- Active TOP SECRET with SCI clearance
- Bachelors Degree

Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Experience with SharePoint
- Flexible and able to learn new technologies or tools quickly
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic multi-contractor environment
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
